you might be able to get Verizon to pay for the cancellation fee as a "conquest customer" or something

Hmm, I'll have to check and see. Thanks for the tip!

    Edit: just found this: https://www.verizon.com/MyVzWidgets/widgets/etf/views/etfview.html

Maybe I should give you the cancellation fee now as a thank you haha!

I like that I have a mix. If I'm feeling like sitting around, I can hide in my office all day and work from there. If I don't, I can find an excuse to get up and go somewhere.

They wouldn't do anything for me because there's some vermiculite in the attic. They told me that the amount of insulation I have is comparable to a new house, though, and last winter it seemed to hold heat well (didn't go through much oil, had to rake the roof a lot because the snow doesn't melt off it at all) so I'm not going to worry about it.

I have the $25 Sling package and have been very happy with it. I think you can add cloud DVR for a few bucks, but I don't see the point since I can just find everything on demand anyway.

100 mb internet through Spectrum here is $65, so I'm at about $90 total.

Buy a Amazon fire stick or fire tv. Get PS VUE and run on said fire still or TV. Watch all the same crap you did before without all the random Pakistani gardening channels

Yea I didn't know if it needed pads or not so I just cleaned them up and greased. Ordered new pads and shim kit. When I initially hit the brakes I get a clang from them hanging up and hitting the rotor.

That's what I'll be doing, I have a fire stick in the bedroom tv already and a PS4 (that hardly gets used) in the living room.

no idea if it's the same for type c as it was with micro usb but there were more pins for samsung i believe vs other androids...had the same issue when i got an mhl adapter for my stereo mirroring kit for my HTC phone.......i now need a new adapter for the motorola i have. thinking about wiring it so the hdmi port is at the 1 blank slot below the hvac controls so then i won't need to take the dash apart anymore when i have different devices

I just looked up our contract and we were under concract for 24 months. Months 1-12 at a lower price than months 13-24. The cancellation fee starts at $320 or $340 and then every month gets reduced by $10. We have just under a year left so it'll be a $100 cancellation fee. Even if I don't get reimbursed that from Verizon for switching, I'd still save over $1,000/yr with the new verizon internet/PS Vue TV setup.

Fire stik or fire TV turn the TV into a smart TV so long as it's got HDMI port.

We've got an old PS3 running Vue, prime, Netflix etc in the bedroom via WiFi, hardwired PS4 that's running the same stuff in the living room, and a firestik for the TV in the kitchen running the same programs.

I went through the same thing basically. Currently have verizon internet only. Dropped everything else, bought my own router, run a ps4 and two Roku's. her sisters Netflix, VUDU/movies anywhere, Prime, and her fathers cable login for some things but we are saving at least 100 dollars a month doing so. Only reason I have verizon is our local electric company hasn't expanded their internet into our neighborhood yet but when they do it'll be cheaper.

    https://duckduckgo.com/?q=reddit+INSERTWHATYOUARELOOKINGFORHERE+streams&ia=web

I stream NESN even though I have it...Stream Red ZOne even though I Have...Love walking around the house with my phone...or streaming sports to the PC Screen while I watch TV and exercise...You only need to watch baseball/football for 5 seconds every 30 seconds :)
