People carry illegally in major metropolitan areas but most domestic students are on severe behavioral restrictions and foreign students even more so. Hence them being so docile. If she’d have caught a train to an industrial area she would have gotten smashed by people who literally don’t give a fuck.

Russian people tend to be good natured yet a bit stand-offish. Also commonly impatient when it comes to shenanigans like this. I watched in surprise as a guy knocked someone else out for littering when we were there. Friends say a great pastime is to drink and watch traffic at a major intersection nearby as there is always a great show.
