What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

@Gen3Pro how much modification did you have to do? Do you feel like you need to regear?

 

This has got to be the most valuable mod I have and will ever do to my Taco...What’s better than one bed mounted bottle opener...Um TWO of course...I realized after I mounted the first one it’ll be difficult to get to if my Dometic is plugged in...So, I just threw one in on the other side...Versatility people Versatility...Is it beer-thirty yet?!?!?

 

I got the Subaru tweeters off of Amazon here:

Got the Kicker 6x9 3 ways and the 6.75 round 2 ways from Crutchfield. They came with the mounting adapters and the connector adapters. Also used boom mat foam surrounds to keep dripping water off of the speakers. Just cut out some of the lower part to “port” them. Altogether around $250. Well worth it.

Replaced my Pro Grill with a Empyre grill, with color matched viny letter backing.
Just got tired of the plastic look and cleaning between the crevices. I like the metal industrial look better.

Installed some Rek Gens. Very happy with the quality; and they aren’t super rigid like the OEMs.

 

Looks great man! I have the same one I went with no back plate, have been like that for about a year now. Got a link to the vinyl you used for the back plate?? Looks good and I think I'd like to color match mine and put it on finally. Let me know if you can!
