    Got the new CV installed.

    Good news is, I cross threaded the axle nut so it surely won't ever come loose on me.

    Bad news is...I cross threaded the axle nut and it's gonna be a bitch and a half to remove next time

    Nope, by hand with a breaker bar. It took awhile.

    Long story but I fucked up the threads on the end of the CV axle hammering it into the diff...so the only way I could get the axle nut on was to cross thread it essentially. Or go get a new CV axle and start over but fuck that. Im sure I'll regret that decision when I have to replace this CV again. But for now...she's good to go.
