    edit: also that isn't even a relevant point. the comment was saving money on mattresses. you could go buy an oversized dog bed for cheaper than a mattress and it serves the same purpose, but you were going to buy a mattress so that's what gets purchased.
    just like I was planning to buy 35s, and I bought the affordable ones to save money. don't compare apples to oranges.
