I'll probably hit up the last time of the day so I don't die from heat stroke since it is suppose to be in the 90's that day. Doubt I'll wear the vest either on this first go. I'm hoping to finish in under 50 min

Yeah try it out like that. 50min is a solid goal. I knocked out 46min my first time without the vest IIRC. Worked up to a 46:01 with the vest. Had to take some time off (fractured my heel around memorial day) did it again and was at 66:12 :pout:

Well, Murph has officially been posted on my gym's website as the workout. I'm a little nervous now, but greatful for the man it was named after.

Well that was the hardest workout I have ever done. Took me 54:14. Thought I would puke a few times. I broke it down to 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats sets. I will have to do something different next time. The second mile was brutal. I could barely keep my arms up to run. Felt like i was carrying weight in each arm. No idea how anyone does it with a vest.

Crossfit games this weekend. Had no intentions of going, but now regret not going. Glad to see we have an instructor here. We have been doing sectional and regional WODs for the last two weeks getting ready for the games. Holy shit those are rough.
