It's not the gas. I have over 1500 miles multiple gas fills. Very different from initial flash.

Exactly why 1.05 will be the tune to rule them all.

Unless you are wheeling then long press the button until it says Trac Off. I’m in 4lo a lot offroad and it’s off by default there

Being in Texas I’m not sure what winter gas is. What’s the one sentance description?

It's all about the RVP (evaporation) of the fuel. Winter gas needs to be able to evaporate at lower temperatures for combustion, summer gas needs to control evaporation for purposes of potential vapor lock and to reduce emissions. The impact on consumers is that winter gas contains slightly less energy than summer gas so generally summer gas is more expensive than winter gas, you get lower MPGs on winter gas and depending on your vehicle may notice performance changes. I notice about a 2mpg drop with winter gas calculated over the last 2 winters in the truck

technical description: Edited for content and clarity
... involves the Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) of the fuel. RVP is a measure of how easily the fuel evaporates at a given temperature. The more volatile a gasoline (higher RVP), the easier it evaporates.

Winter-blend fuel has a higher RVP because the fuel must be able to evaporate at low temperatures for the engine to operate properly, especially when the engine is cold. If the RVP is too low on a frigid day, the vehicle will be hard to start and once started, will run rough.

Summer-blend gasoline has a lower RVP to prevent excessive evaporation when outside temperatures rise. Reducing the volatility of summer gas decreases emissions that can contribute to unhealthy ozone and smog levels. A lower RVP also helps prevent drivability problems such as vapor lock on hot days, especially in older vehicles.

Everyday description: Mileage goes down with winter blend. 10-20% depending in circumstances.

Depends how you drive and the conditions. For standard on pavement driving (no snow) I'd just leave it in the default mode 1. I don't ever drive in the snow/ice but if I did I would probably roll around in mode 2 a lot in those conditions. The one day it did snow here I did exactly that. I would advice caution doing this though because it will let you get yourself into serious trouble where as mode 1 will not. In mode 2 you could easily give it too much throttle and completely spin out where as mode 1 will not allow this even if you floored it on solid ice. Mode 2 would also be decent if you were on a muddy road but at that point you may want to hop into 4Hi...same if there's a ton of snow but Auto LSD would be good for those times when it's like off and on snowy conditions and you don't necessarily want to be in 4Hi. Mode 3 is really only for one thing...hooning. Doing donuts and being stupid. You could hoon in mode 2 but it's going to stress the TRAC system and diff...not recommended.

Not to mention gas stations increase prices in gas during summer because people travel more. Memorial Day gas prices go up because it’s a big travel day

This truck is very quirky. I thought it was feeling different with 1.04 then I swapped to Exon gas and I was back to normal.

I personally have been noticing that the shifting in my slush box is becoming sloppy, mostly at low speeds, compared to when I first flashed
