I think i like the arb better!

 

Yup the cheap $150 one. It's not connected yet, just got the final piece to finish it. It'll be done tomorrow.

 

Got my order today from the last sale. Didn't realize it when ordering but I guess I'm good on oil changes for plenty of years to come. Oh and free new drain plug gaskets, I've only ever replaced that once & only cause I machined one myself. Lol

Mainly I can't wait to put on my new rear view mirror.

Oh and thanks to @Area51Runner for the hitch ball cover p/n. Mine disintegrated years ago. Dealer told me it couldn't be ordered (well cause it didn't show under Tacoma catalogs). Been using a smaller generic butt plug from the hardware store.

 

I do like the price of the Hilux one though, can't beat $150.

Still can't believe I beat you on installing the snorkel before you finished your lift kit. You had a week head start and @Sperrunner did the rear for you. Come on buddy get to wrenching

I hope not, though am upgrade couldn't hurt. Guess I could pull the belt on that and go for a short drive.

After about 3500 rpms it sounds awful. Near idle isn't bad but I can't drive it below 3k rpm. Next time I drive it I'll try and remember to get a clip. It's nasty

 

An alt upgrade for the 2.7 is cake. $65 for a Jaguar 120amp alt that bolts in

I don't crawl to the mall but if I did, I'd make sure my truck was muddy and unwashed so all the Merc/BMW/Lexus/Inifiti phonies brush up and get dirty...

your statement would be correct if you changed snorkel to hitch balls...

 

sorry to hear we were not helpful, to my knowledge they do not sell the same one we offer but we do work together often so it could of been one of ours sold by them. I Just wish we could of taken care of you by offering cheaper shipping, we are working on getting lower cost options set up.

what is that out of? looks newer than the old 4runner ones I'm used to
