the CKMA12, single pump, is $250 on Amazon

Look into the Viair Onboard systems. I have the constant heavy duty on my truck IIRC, they also have a medium duty. Amazon has them for $200-250 depending which model you look for. I think the heavy duty is $275, the medium is $190-ish

    https://www.amazon.com/VIAIR-Constant-Duty-Onboard-System/dp/B000YC42RG

Don't need to spend a lot. There's a Pepboys budget one that dozens of guys recommend, called the 'Master Flow'

a compressor can only push back against psi in the tire it's filling for so long. see chart. at 0psi in a tire, it can do 2.3 cubic ft per minute. as you add PSI (left column) it gets hard for the compressor to push against said PSI. see chart, at 30-40 psi (a lot of what our tire's are filled to) the pump can only transfer 1.8 to 1.7 CFM (cubic feet per minute). You'll notice this in real life by noticing the tire gets up to 20psi real quick, but quickly takes longer and longer to fill up as more force (PSI) is pushing against the pump.

This curve, if you will, is why we pay attention to duty cycle. lots of pumps are 33%, the better ones are 100% meaning they can run longer without overheating.

Found this on the ARB Compressor. The Viair is a 1.86 cfm @ 30PSI VS the ARB single at 2.34 cfm @ 29 PSI...

No biggie brotha! Really its only 30 bucks off lol

I still can get a 400P for a good price but I wanted to hardwire my OBA so the ARB was looking more promising.

I have the 400P cradled to Expedition Essentials bedside compressor mount.

The 400p should be fine for the 90% of what youre planning on doing with it..which saves you almost 100% moneywise.
