The one important thing is the bug spray.
The mosquitoes were nasty when I was in Rhinelander on Friday.

 

ha! I just got home from that Menards. Had 2 straps, a come along, and a hitch/shackle in the cart and put it all back on the shelf. I'm going to get something before the trip, but decided to shop around some more.

The one possible advantage to the cooler weather coming is that it might send the mosquitoes back to hell where they belong

 

Everything in camping gear at menards /Home Depot are on close out. Don’t check Meijer/Walmart/etc.
I got a shovel , a tent, and misc...
Been looking for a fire camp grill.
Might see what have in the vault.
Probably gonna steal a strap from work for the weekend. If it can move a Haas machine, my little Tacoma should be gravy!

Just adding up the stuff I had picked out I started wondering if I'd be better off just getting a hi lift jack and an ORK

 

I think a strap is the main thing. . I got my receiver...I was just gonna use that if necessary. I’m probably not gonna be to adventurous with stock sport tires... if I had new aggressive ones? Maybe.
Plus the hook below tge front bumper. Haven’t got into too much stuff I couldn’t get out of. I’m probably not gonna be driving in mud up to the rockers anyway. Lol

Sorry to hear. I'm already planning on setting up something for next year. Hopefully with more notice.

Still looking forward to seeing everyone. I'm going to put together a sort of loose schedule for the Saturday when everyone is coming up.

I'm also planning on doing some exploring the Friday before that (10/12), so if anyone is available that day let me know.

I really wish I could go (work) and am pissed I didn’t see all of the posts about going to New Glarus... We’ve driven over there twice since Aug. 18th!

With working in college athletics, summer weekends work best for me, and it doesn’t take much to convince the wife to get off pavement!
