What spring compressor did you use ? Did you go with 12 or 14 inch springs? I just ordered that compressor @EatSleepTacos uses off ebay during that sale yesterday.

14" 700 lb springs. The compressor worked very well, but I would highly recommend having an impact gun to use with it. I couldn't even imagine doing that shit by hand.

Also take off all preload when putting the new coils on/taking old ones off. We found that made it easiest with the Kings. Not sure how it works on the Fox's.

What he said. Also it would put your mind at ease if you had a work bench with some nice installed vice grips to hold the compressor so you aren't using your hand.

I woke up thankful we didn't die. Or take out anyone walking by. Also thankful we found that broke bolt....would have been very very very bad for me had I been off-road and found that shit.

Adam, or the young lady who takes orders, just tell them you are a lifted tacoma from Virginia. I came in asking for an alignment, then said hey my tacoma is lifted, she immediately goes "Are you one of the VA tacomas. I told her yes.

The guy who does the alignment is a hispanic dude, the only guy who does it. Real awesome guy. He got me squared away. Their "slow days" are tuesday and thursday. Show up when they open.

There is a latin Grill around the corner that is straight money.

    Awesome !!
Thanks for the info. I almost feel like we should go in throwing secret hand signals like a 3rd base coach to let them know we are as you say "one of the VA tacomas " :fistbump:

@EatSleepTacos and @Halffast555 (or anyone with the knowledge for that matter), I am going to attempt my OBA install tonight or tomorrow. Any pointers or tips to pass along? Best spot to go through the firewall? Any wiring gouge so that I don't electrocute myself or set the truck on fire? Thanks!

Edit: this is the single ARB compressor with the CH4x4 switch and SLEE mount.

Not really! There’s a giant grommet up by the pedals. That’s where I route my wires through. Other than that, just read the instructions a couple times. At first glance it’s confusing as fuck, but it’ll make sense as you do it.
