I like. Did you put spacers on to bring them out? I like a lot of the OEM wheels but the sunk in fitment ruins the stance. Should at least be flush. I do not like the 16" pro wheels though. Yuck.

I finally settled on some XD301 Turbines at least for now. Very understated and frankly kind of boring. I saw them on another 3rd gen and really liked them (below). I think what I've realized is that the body has so much going on that a simpler wheel somehow looks better.

I noticed that Method also just introduced a minimalist wheel. I think we'll start seeing fewer faux lock wheels and more simple type designs in the coming years. The trucks' styles are just getting so dramatic anymore that I think busy wheels are just too much.

I loved the way OEM wheels looked on my truck. Now i have the ray 10s Matte bronze which, in my opinion, look 10000x better

Toyota peeps are funny, only group I've ever seen who prefer oem wheels or buy oem wheels to use. Mine were changed out first thing for aftermarket.

Since I started the thread, this is what I ended up with. XD 301 16x8 with TRD center caps.

The stock OR wheels are some of the ugliest factory wheels ever on a Tacoma in my opinion. I couldn't wait to get them off the truck asap.

I struggled to find a wheel that I could live with bc the oem sport wheels to me look Swiss. I ended up with the 4Runner trail wheels and I powder coated them satin black. I’ve since added black lug nuts.

    Nothing worthy
Best bang for yo buck! Love the look.

I was scouting this option but found they cost the same W/O powder coating as to just buy a set of F5's. Looks awesome tho!

    Thanks!

I bought the wheels from an eBay OEM Toyota parts dealer (Frank Motors) and the tires locally after the wheels arrived.

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/Toyota-4Ru...221719&hash=item488a4a0bb5:g:thwAAOSwI~VTzose

You can also buy these wheels on Amazon, but I found they where a little more expensive at the time.

The tires are 265/70/17 C-rated BFG K02 (1” larger diameter than either the TRDOR or the TRD Sport stock size)

Wheels are OEM Matte Grey 4 Runner pro wheels. Parts number: PTR20-35110-GR

I am not running wheel spacers.

No rubbing, no problems, no noticeable power loss, no big speedometer change, no regrets, no issues, still love this wheel/tire combo. Factory TPMS works with these wheels.

I have a hard time finding on set I would buy, AND I do not like the OEM look. I guess that's why we are the Plasti-Dip generation....

Wish these Rhino's came in a size '16.
