Just got a 2019 tacoma trd offroad 4x4 double cab and i have everything stock besides recently bought bilstein 5100 for the front on stock springs and it is leveled. My question is will i be able to run 285/75/R16 with just this current setup or do i need to raise the front more? The rear is currently stock, would I need to do anything to that as well?

If the simple answer is NO, what do you recommend I do from this current setup I have, since I just bought the 5100 shocks it be nice to keep them and i can add anything else that would be needed to clear the tire

You'll probably need some 1.25 in wheel spacers (or lower offset wheels) and longer springs. I believe it takes around 2 inch lift to clear those tires. If your truck is level now you probably have around 1 inch of lift in the front.

Stock rim will rub the tire on UCA I believe and if you push out with wheel spacers you'll scrub on the cab mount I believe

But I'll let someone fact check that

The 5100 are fine. The common remedy is wheel spacers and a cab mount chop.

I don't think it matters what shock you have on the front, but to clear the large tires you'll need to do some modification to the wheel well/cab mount if you want no rub. The biggest issue you're running into isn't the diameter of the tire, it's the width.
