Alright perfect. If my dealership doesn't do it i'll head out to windward and get 'er done. People have been singing it's praises. I personally haven't had too much issue with throttle at takeoff but if it helps and it's free...

Agreeable on that. Brought my truck for first service on the 18th, 8am but scheduled 830 (brought in early because of the lines) at Waipahu. Took them all the way till 5 to finish and I was late to work. I understand maintenance but I swear first service is only tire rotation and fluid checks right?

Nonetheless, advisor told me truck would be done at 12ish but delayed till 5. I mean a courtesy call would've been nice but I had to call them...

 

Servco service department is absolutely slammed across the island. It's almost retarded how long their lines are on the daily. Doesn't help that Oahu is basically a Toyota island....

 

True, but the advisor could let me know beforehand that they backed up or anything. Dude was confident with his answer lol.

EDIT: Gotta add the Toyota logo to our flag I think.

 

Mapunapuna is the best for times. The others are like they’re run by the DoD.

How’s it guys I’m new to TW (used to be on Yotatech and yotanation lots) and the Hawaii thread but just moved to Oahu a little over a month ago. I’m originally from Saipan and lived in Hilo for undergrad. Also- super surprised to find my nephew Dedaflo670 on here! Hope to eventually go on some trails and camp with you guys once my truck is capable.

 

Hey guys, looking to sell some 3rd gen armor and TRD OR rims. All Pelfreybilt steel sliders and skids, they’ve been primed and painted with spray/roll on bed liner. Everything has been garage kept since we got our stuff in the group buy last year. I’ve been deployed too much and had a baby recently.. just no time. Leaving the island shortly and selling the truck as well. If you’re serious and want to make an offer before I post it to CL please HMU. All 4 rims are unused and in boxes as well. Thanks!
