I feel you man. Its painful. BUT you'll be much better off. Just learn from it and move on.

Or you could dump that $500 on top of another grand and get a steel bumper. Then your front suspension will sag so youll need new suspension. May as well lift it since you are buying suspension. Then your stock tires will look out of place so youll need tires. And so on.

The first one hurts the most, now you can DIY mod it.

He sure took it to the next level. I have been wanting to add some rock sliders and wonder how good the mobtown bolt on sliders are.

Also add the rock sliders, ARB Locker, ditch lights, hood scoop light, offroad adventure trailer, and I might be good to go.

I wouldn’t pay up to any shop with my own money because ITS PLASTIC!!! If it was a body panel I’d get it done. You can buff most of those scratches off where’s its white , the area that is black just buy some touch up paint from Toyota and live with it. If not pay up for someone to fix plastic....

Or like others have said buy a bumper but I’d probably go aluminum as it’s lighter vs steel if you not about that offroad life.

    Good luck

So... I know a few of the online paint sites sell spray kits. The first one that comes to mind is paintscratch.com. Just put in your year, make and model. Choose the paint code and order a spray kit. They make one specifically for plastic panels. Yadda yadda yadda.

The only fix to get it looking brand new is an entire repaint of the panel.

You cannot spot fix it without being able to tell.

Do not aerosol can it. Clear coat colors look horrific aerosoled.
I would probably do a paint pen.

I aimed for “the best”, but they’re probably only average. As is everything else in my life :)

I like the idea of bolt on. Have you put them to the test?

I'll trade you my bumper that is in perfect condition for your bumper if we can trade hoods? I have an off-road hood, so no hood scoop.

No way. I love the hood scoop on this and going to add some lights into it. I do wish I got the OR version since it was the same price but I am planning on adding an ARB locker to the rear and maybe front.
