I was thinking with some negotiations I could get it for 30k, grab some fog lights for a few hundred dollars, get some TRD headlights from the marketplace that someone swapped out for Pro lights, and drop about a thousand dollars in a new headunit with Android Auto. That would be a sweet truck for 32k.

I wonder if this SX trim replaces the XP trims? I have a 2017 XP edition that came with black wheels and a few other things, but it has color matched fenders and door handles.

I could almost imagine the door handles may be wrapped like the pillars are? If they are black plastic I would hate that because you'd consitantely have to keep it from fading and door handles suck to keep looking new...

That sounds like a dealership or regional type accessories package. SX is a factory offered package for the whole nation.

If you could find one at the end of next year and get the ~$5k off, it would be even better!

WTF!!! I just bought my 2018 SR 4x4 SW in June! No one in this damn state had an SR with the fender flares and they would not trade out the headlights, damn chrome!!! Now they offer this shit for 2019! Figures! Damn Gina! I got mine OTD for $29,844 with GAP...but F*@& me..... I would've waited for this one had I known....especially only $570....which we all know they will throw in for free in the end after some fun "mental" grinding. Really like the blacked out shit....haha, literally have been blacking mine out for months now...damn chrome headlights are pissing me off! Hate chrome! Got to get this damn ARB rear locker and 4.88's in stat!!! Tired of staring at the box!! AAAAaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!

    That's my rant.....sorry

I'm with you bud. There used to be clear distinction. SR had crappy multipurpose screen, ugly, etc. Now is it basically just SR5 has intermittent wipers? Is there cruise control in the SR?

I'm not sure if CC is an option on the SR, but I have seen a few threads of those who added it, and it looked pretty easy.
That does not bother me because in my 26 years of driving I have used Cruise Control maybe three times. One time I can remember was driving from California to Louisiana when I got stationed at Barksdale AFB. Going through Texas at night I set it for a while, but I typically don't use it.

I have a 2018 SR 4X4 born 5/18 Mexico and I have CC...always hold it in for the "regular/ old school" style CC...not that new bs..

So the 2018 SR has the radar CC with the TSS system? I guess the SR is getting closer to the upgraded models.

That she does! Basically the same as the SR5 except:

Console display, fender flares, chrome accents and headlights.

I posted this in the other thread about the SX package, but I figured I would put it here too, for others viewing pleasure.

Did they make the SR Alloy wheels an actual black color? Mine look Dark Gray.

It looks like I will be visiting my dealer on Monday to get pricing on a 2019 SR, Barcelona Red or MGM, with the V6 and SX package.

Cruise control is/was an option on the SR, my 2017 has it as part of the convenience package. It also added the key fob to remotely unlock doors.

So, if you want to play stump your salesman, show them a pic of the Red SR and tell him you want that truck for under 30k.
Poor guy, I think he is still crying in his cubicle. I am still waiting for him to work up some prices.
