    The OE nuts have a larger diameter at the seating edge, 1/4" maybe. Mine are like tapered acorns that have 1/8" lip around nut. This guy just didn't want to risk the liability. I get it. I work on jet engines so I understand the strength of a well torqued nut...

    5 o'clock wheels came in. The supplier told me they were on back order till next week..... not complaining. Now just waiting on ome 887s now!

    It means my truck is parked on the street, and I don't have a driveway. so I don't have the space to work on my truck at my place, plus if I get halfway through the job and screw something up, or something gets stuck or breaks, that prevents me from finishing the work that day, I can't leave it on the street overnight with parts disassembled.

    Ill do minor things, maybe stuff in the cabin or easily accessible under the hood, stuff that I know either I can finish within a couple hours, or can stop part-way through without disabling the truck or undo, but I'm not about to jack the truck up, and work on suspension with the truck parked at the curb, with cars driving passed me while I'm under my truck, haha

    I'll take it to my mom's (if I have all the tools I need) or my in-law's (my father in law has way more tools than I do) to do bigger jobs.
