Well...the internet is mostly for bytching anyways :). Most people come running to forums for either questions or more often than not, complaining about stuff (raises hand..guilty!).

You won't find any threads other than yours where people will come here and post "hey...guess what, I spend $40k on a taco and I freaking love it". Cos these people are simply enjoying and appreciating the truck for what it is.

My wife drives a '17 GMC Denali (decked out options). On the GMC forums, the top 2 pages are nothing but people cursing/complaining about a $60K+ SUV. We've driven ours over 20k miles now without a single issue and the 6.2L V8 is nothing short of a beast. I just stopped going to that forum cos it's more negative than positive.

At least what I love here at TW (and Bimmerfest) is people with posts like yours and just a nicer group of people who appreciate the simple things in life. (I still hate that plastic grill on the PRO though..haha!).

Oh, speaking of Raptors. I've seen more of them this year than ever before. People got more money than me or did they cut the price in half? Lots of them driven by women or old guys, weird.

Or Lease....5 years ago, the only people that were driving german sports cars/SUVs were people that could afford it. Now I see high school kids driving BMW 320 series. Reason: LEASING!!! One of the main reasons why u see so many newer cars/trucks on the streets more so in the past, is, millennials have ZERO interest in owning a vehicle past 3 yrs (most probably don't even know how to change oil..lol). Leasing has spiked up tenfolds over the last 3 years (especially with luxury brands). My tenant in my rental property works at a Audi dealership and she said people go crazy everytime Audi releases a new year leasing special.

It’s not just millennials. Americans are broke as fuck, can’t afford to buy, and want to look like they’re poppin’.

$199 leases are the ticket to looking better than you really are, which is also why those same people go inside to pay for their gas - $15 at a time.

Luxury cars are dirt cheap. I can get a 6 year old Jaguar with 50k miles for $14k.

Or I can get a new Civic for $18k..

Used Raptor’s aren’t much different either.. few years old, few dozen thousand miles.. same price as a new F150 but “better.”

The new Eco Raptor’s may be fast, and Raptor’s.. but they sound like they’re embarrassed. Nothing says power like the farty sounding exhaust note of an under displaced engine in a big, go fast truck.

Gimme the V8, or gimme death.

Nice. I am interviewing for PA schools right now. I’m a veteran going back to school. My career though is Certified Surgical First Assistant. Definitely love my career, just wanna get a better patient interaction clinically, pay, etc.

This is the only thing I could even think of reading through some posts. Flip over to the Caliber forum...you'll really find a group of people who hate their cars. TW will look like a love fest after you visit www.crappycaliberworld.com

To be fair...the SRT is probably fun to drive, however no cop EVER has targeted a Caliber, SRT or not unless they thought the driver was carrying doughnuts.
