Text or call if you need it. Be at the camper in Peebles tomorrow so service will likely be poop, but I'll try.

Clutch related, I figure even if its just a TOB, having to pull it is having to pull it. May as well replace it all since it would be out. Certainly not going to harm anything.

My stuff does make pretty awful noises. Got a pic from someone who has never adjusted thiers and has a race type clutch. His pushrod under the dash only showed around 4/5 threads showing. Mine had way way way more, I would even say double the amount of thread. Now that I have it adjusted more like the other fella's, I do seem to notice an improvement. Especially when taking off out of first, its become a good bit easier. The take off was the only aspect really still holding me back from feeling like "I got this 110%". After driving around for awhile today. I have had better, smoother and less feet play that what I have gotten used to. I did stall once, lol.

I was also asking the same said person about that clutch kit I linked. Couldn't offer much which lead me to google. What a technical world clutch discs can be. There is some neat math, for any math geeks who wanna google "clutch disc design". Was mainly looking for information on disc lining types, lining pattern, springs and the difference between like 3/4/etc springs.

I still want to adjust my pedal, just haven't done it. I'd imagine mine is showing as many threads as your.

Wanna go to Rush for the day, Oct 6th?

Please go LCE for the clutch. It’s a little pricey , yes but it’ll outlast the others. Pulling the trans just once and having a clutch that can handle 35’s all day and night is worth the extra money.

Plus they specialize in toyotas so they know what they’re doing.

Speaking from my own experience. There’s tons of people who have watched me wheel and said my clutch had to be toast but nope. Still doesn’t skip a beat.

That's what I like to hear man! Haven't gotten the slightest wiff of anything from the clutch since my install. I did smell a few things different at first, but that was probably a bit of new grease, brake clean hidden in somewhere, new clutch parts, spilled trans oil, and general truck stank. All went away in the first 2 drives on the new stuff.

Nearing 300 miles already on the LCE Pro, and I love it!

I put 60k on mine before selling the truck and it STILL gripped enough to make 35s chirp when banging gears. I have nothing but great things to say about it. I was ridiculously rough on it too. Like

Is there a lot there? I'm in Dallas a few times a year for work and just visiting friends, would be cool to go for a day trip if it's worth it

It’s humongous. There’s everything from trails you can take a 2wd daily down to straight up buggy only trails. I love it.

This can happen. For real. Did not get the :angrygirl:from the wifey. :D:D

I personally would like to keep it a bit on the tame/medium side since I would be going to AOP 5 days later. You can certainly hit some harder stuff if you would like. Keep myself in 1 piece, ya know. I will be bringing my daughter as well. She had a blast last year.

I am thinking meet up at like 11am, wheel until 4 or 5 so I can catch a fooseball game Saturday night. Would that work for you?

Thanks man. She handled YEARS of abuse without ever missing a beat. I linked the video so you see what kind of wheeling I used to do since most people on here are mall crawlers lol.

Go with whatever clutch you choose obviously but I highly recommend the LCE one.

I'm in. I'll have the kids and Michelle with me too. The earlier the better. Also looking for not too hard of trails because we don't have a winch between us

Rush is probably one of the better pay to play parks imo, very diverse. But I've not been to AOP or Windrock yet.

Sounds like a plan! I'll probably leave 7 or 8am. 2.5/3 hours down, depending on traffic. If you wanted to ask any of your friends if they wanted to tag along in their trucks, I'm all game. (IE, someone with a winch, lol.) You can also be the first to witness my newly locked rear diff off road!

Got the Grade 8's changed out with the OE bolts I ordered last night. Trying to get some of the little things crossed off the "To Do" list for the truck.

AOP isin't that far from Texas. Maybe. :notsure:. Idk. Lol. South Pittsburg, TN, you should see how far of a drive it is for you. (500 miles, 8/9 hours for me) There will be TW reppin' from like 20% (state wise) of 'Murica attending. That's a lot of 'Murica. Still got 2 weeks to make plans!!! Gotta have something you could bring to wheel. :drunk:
