Yes you should have, as well as making them beat or match that price before you slammed them on social media. You had a weapon and didn't use it, IMO.

They still wouldn’t come close to that price. The manager said to take it and run.
They weren’t going to get a cent of my money anyways. They didn’t deserve my money.

So I just heard back from my dealers Costco rep. She's saying with that discount the truck would be $38,039 before TTL and a $100 documentation fee. I'm not feeling the love here. I thought the Costco discount was off invoice, not MSRP, which is what she ORIGINALLY told me. She did apologize for being mistaken. So, I'm assuming I can stack the $1,000 cash rebate on top of that and be at $37,139 before TTL? Hows that sounding to everyone? Should I push harder?

This is for antrd Off-Road Premium and Tech pack

Freeman Santa Rosa is officially now sold out of 2018's shortbed crewcab (4x4) :-(. Also, I'm finding the 2018 4X4 are now getting really really low in most popular dealers. Color wise, the typical "boring" silver and grey are left for the most part.

Freeman did offer me a good deal on a 2019 but it's $3k more than the same quote they gave me on a 2018 (now sold). Should have pulled the trigger then. Too bad. I found another dealer with the SR5 I'm looking for so will take the Freeman qoute to them and hopefully they don't check.

I bet end of Oct, most dealers will be sold out of 2018's (popular trim/4x4's). I'm not familiar with Taco new model pricing but feel the 19's are now priced higher than prev years (??).

That I'm unsure about. My trucks invoice price was ~30k. The Costco price for mine was $29.5k and MSRP was $32.5K, so I'm curious of what they really go off of.

Not sure about Toyota, as I got the 2% apr in 2016 on a $14k loan, but Ford always has some secret incentive deals. We bought 2 new Fords, in 2014 and 2016, and got an extra $500 off on top of the $2000 off, for using FMC financing. They have this secret thing where you sign up to pay 5% apr, get the extra $500 off, then simply refi at the local cedit union at 1.79 apr for a $100 fee. Just had to make sure the loan had no prepay penalty for paying off early. That was sweet. Never sent one payment to Ford on either vehicle. The thing is we never saw that dea advertised. We just asked if there were any other incentives and the manager clued us in.

If you can get it for 38039 plus the incentive that’s 13% off MSRP which is a good price. Anything 10% and under MSRP is a good deal. Try to get them to 37k before incentives and make it a really good deal.

I’ve found that was the lowest I could get, I got 13% off MSRP, then stacked the incentive. So all the accessories on my truck were “free” if you believe the invoice price they show you.

Shit man I wish. That's 2k miles from me lol. Maybe they'd ship a truck to Indiana?

Pulled the trigger yesterday. Super stoked. Ended up roughly $3k below MSRP. Super grateful for all the insight on here. Helped me SO much in the negotiation part. Time spent at dealerships is just awful. Pro grille and painting rear bumper happening first thing next week. Thanks for all the help!IMG_5379.jpg
