I was thinking the same, Toyota offered me $33.8k for my 17 and Jeep $32.5k, seemed like low trade numbers. Congrats though OP, dad just picked up a lightning blue 18 Raptor fully loaded for $1k under MSRP. The 19's get Ford's new electronic suspension similar to crawl control update think its called MSS or something like that.

Did you buy used to get the v8 model? Raptor was almost perfect until they went to the ecoboost setup

Those are 18's, you'd need to go 14 for the 6.2L, Dad had one he just traded for the 18 ecoboost, the eco blows the socks off the old V8, performance numbers don't lie, facts. But some just prefer a naturally aspirated V8.

I don’t doubt two turbos make big power and torque, it’s about the reliability of the engine long term - especially from a ford

Oh here we go with the fanboy nonsense. Plenty of ecoboosts on the road problem free pushing or over 100k. Mom's 13 explorer had one of the first ecoboost's and thing never had a single problem. My 16 and 17 taco on the other hand...both have seen more warranty work than my parent's last 3 Fords.

Lmao calm yourself I’ve owned 2 fords before and I’ve heard good things about the f150 turbo reliability but they don’t run the same PSI as the raptors. The focus has had a myriad of problems with its FI 4cylinder that has no issues on other cars running less power.

Side note their fords had no problems? My expedition was built like shit and way overpriced. Worst quality leather I’ve ever seen in car.

Fair enough. I was just prepared for another crap on any brand besides Toyota back and forth without knowing or having experience outside the brand, which happens constantly here. lol.

I never thought the new Volvo XC90 was anything special until I sat in one! They are super nice. The fit and finish is unreal compared to the older ones.Toyota should take notes.

I drove one, complete garbage, even next to an older 2014 RX350 F Sport. Just my opinion, don't shoot me
    Also, Toyota has Lexus. Lexus>Volvo
    That Raptor is sweet tho

In about 6 months, I’m going to report your ... er ... my 2018 ford raptor stolen ... in Massachusetts even though I live in Florida. I’ll have your ... er ... my truck back shortly!

Just kidding! Love them things! If I had bought one, I would be taking a celestial dirt nap! Yup. She’s got a spot picked out already in the swamp behind our house for me ...

Seriously though guys, he ain’t coming back to comment. He’s now on the ford forums complaining about where to park at sams club ... or going through a drive through without hitting his mirrors ...

:rofl:I give my Dad shit about his last raptor and new one all the time. He has taken it through some knarly trails/offroad areas, but 98% of the time it's bajaing through the suburbs.

That gray is my favorite color for a Raptor, congratulations on the purchase. Awesome trucks!

Gorgeous Raptor. I prefer Magnetic over Leadfoot, but I do like Leadfoot Raptors. And I much prefer the wheels you got over the beadlocks (I run those same wheels/tires on my F150).

Missing My Last Tacoma --- Had 11 Toyota trucks in the past and many other Toyota cars too.
...^^^... It surprised me since 2010, when Geely Automotive (Chinese Company) bought Volvo and the quality seemed to get better on some levels.

Congrats on the Raptor ... nice truck ... saw a new one at Costco today ... liked the dual exhausts set-up.
