You can pump a bigger pump on your tank

 

tires and air tools thats all i need.

 

My craftsman is a 2 stage.. but it’s oiless. Loud and not too great cfm wise

 

I was debating that. In the video I watched, the guy had the same 60 gallon tank, but a dual stage air system.

Would I just be changing the pump? I don’t know if the motor would suffice.

 

This will run a small soda blaster and paint tools if i wanted

 

My Campbell-Hausfeld 60 Gal does 10.2CFM at 90 PSI. Great, but not amazing.

 

Trust me you want a bigger tank for soda blasting. I almost exclusively use mine for that, and you need some excessive sized air compressor to run a sandblaster.

 

i'll buy it ans make my own paint booth then bitch about how fast the paint cures lol

 

My air compressor is in the basement. There’s a 80 gallon tank on top of the 60 gallon but the 80 is in the garage just for the garage tools. The basement has air ran for working on the guns and stuff

 

If I hadnt inherited mine from my Grandpa, I wouldve bought a belt driven 25ish gallon model from Northern Tool. Smaller tank, but a high CFM. I usually charge up my 33 gallon tank once at the begining of a job then unplug it. I dont need that big of a tank at the house.

 

Well you'd have to try it, but chances are you'd just need a slightly larger pinion pulley and I bet a bigger pump comes with a bigger spur pulley already.

Rebuild my engine harness

 

I get enjoyment out of making custom harnesses. I hate diagnosing electrical issues (usually because I’m getting screwed on labor)

 

Martinelli's.... ah that's no fun!

 

I like making harnesses too, especially when I'm fixing poorly done work.

 

I used to rebuild/modify engine harnesses a lot when I did engine swaps. Not hard, just time consuming. It was fun to me but I don't miss it.
