Putting LSU in the top 3 and they haven't even played the game yet? Not saying it will be tonight, but I'm waiting for the classic LSU letdown game with no offense. Even with Clemson struggling, they won't move ahead IF they win. Clemson won today with a 3rd string QB.

I don't see Clemson dropping. Even though it was a comeback struggle. They still came out on top.

Exactly. After a tough week of adversity and then starting QB getting knocked out in the first half.

Any word on the Tennessee State player?

Also why do these announcers still think Jake Bentley is a good QB?

I don’t care if they lost their starting QB...they were down like 16-7 with him in the lineup :notsure:

    Let me just ask this.

Who the hell cares what some burnt out QB wants to say to Baker Mayfield?

Why are they making a big deal out of it.

Hope the kid will be OK, and totally agree with you on Bentley. He is too jumpy and throws too many picks (and pick sixes) early getting them into a hole. They either need to settle him down with some easy throws or put the backup in as the new starter until Bentley can learn to settle down. Personally, I like the kid - he has sportsmanship, which is a rarity these days, but he is too inconsistent and jittery at the start of games to be considered a "good" QB.

It’s still a win against a previously undefeated team

Also the polls don’t matter right now

    Man...good one.

Of course that was assuming LSU wins tonight. It’s ole Miss, so I was basically chalking it up as a W.

As far as their lack of offense, there’s something in the jumbolaya down there. Doesn’t matter who goes there to play QB, the suddenly forget how to football.
