I like making hash from leftover baked potatoes. Frying up already baked potatoes with bacon, corned beef, onion, red pepper, and garlic with some duck eggs is one of the greatest joys mankind can know.

Wonderful... No Wok. The wife suggested my cast iron pancake/bacon griddle. That fits on two stove burners, and it's flat and ribbed.

When I was going to UTI they gave us a pretty nice discount so I bought a few things to get started. They were quality and lasted throughout the years, the only thing snap-on I broke in the 15 years I’ve been wrenching is a 1/4” extension. The tool truck is where they get you and these ridiculous high prices come from, they quite literally double or more the cost of the actually tools.
