We have winterization PM's that kick out in our maintenance program so yes we prepare. It does get bad up here.

We live about 15 minutes from Kemah and maybe 20 from Galveston. Far enough inland to keep the hurricanes from destroying us EVERY year and close enough to make a run down to the beach when we want. We usually have brunch on Sunday at Brickhouse Tavern on the seawall. We used to bring the dogs with us but they decided they didn't want pets there anymore so now Coco and Frank have to stay home.

We've been looking at a house on the bayou here but after flooding with Harvey I'm not sure I'm ready to be on the water right now. My boyfriend has a house in San Leon about a block off the water where you can just walk out on the porch and see the sun come up over the water. It's beautiful.

Yes she is ok .Lol she backed my truck into the neighbors car and it did all that damage . Caved in his front fender. These Taco bumpers are flimsy.And unforunately i exploded with the gentlemens Vocabulary of anger .

 

Or new bumper as long as she’s ok. Hope you have better rest of your birthday !!!!

 

Crappy..time for a HC rear bumper perhaps?

 

Possibly or regular steel bumper .Will have to look at both .Maybe a pelfry lol.
