For your intake I would recommend the deckplate mod with a AFE pro dry air filter

I dont see why not, but Im not sure. Its just a 4 inch hole in your box.
I have heard you have a secondary filter in your air box as well, so you might lok into removing that for a little more air flow

Throw on a Magnaflow muffler; I haven't seen proof of there being much of an advantage by adding a full catback. After all, the OEM exhaust is a virtual straight run back in the first place.

AFE Prodry S as mentioned above and remove the secondary filter. No deck plate mod on these. The OEM system is already a CAI as it is. You might add a HP or two if you get something like the TRD intake but you wouldn't feel it anyway. The URD intake on the other hand will give you some decent gains. However, you have to decide if you want your intake sitting out in front, directly behind the grill (I don't).

Tires, so many choices. I like the Revo's (were my second choice) but for $50/tire less, I went with the Firestone Destination A/T's. Don't see enough of a difference between the two to justify the extra cost. But it's all about you. Do you want H/T, A/T, or M/T? Start there.

exhaust go fo jardine if you want a good deep tone. or magna flow or gibson. Headers id go for doug thorley shorty headers. lose your front cats and keep the back cats. Afe pro dry s filter with secondary filter removed and your good to go.

Save the dough or put it towards a lift/level rather than the intake and exhaust. The only gains you will get with intake and exhause is a noisy truck.

If you go with 265/75/16's you most likely will not see a MPG difference. I didn't.

They usually do on most vehicles. Hopefully someone with a 2.7L and headers will chime in.

All I have is the deckplate mod and the pro dry filter.
I notice a gain when RPMs get above 4500 and I dont need to down shift anymore going up steep hills.
Its not a race car to begin with, but more air+more gas= more power.
I really dont think you will get significant gains with a 2.7 unless you turbo or super charge it.
