So you would just throw this in the back of the SUV? It won't even fit in a DC :rofl::rofl:

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Good on you bro, I know our stoked. I love my Calvary Blue, like it better than the cement Grey taco...or maybe the same ;)
The runner is more comfortable on long trips, due to the seating position for me anyways. My runner rides out better on long trips, just soaks up the bumps more.
Get you a full length rack and you can carry almost anything.

Is that Cavalry Blue? Looks great on the 4Runner! Kind of reminds me of a blue FJ Cruiser.

It is Calvary Blue, I own the same truck. The Blue is different than the Voodoo blue that comes on the FJ Cruiser and ‘19 Runner as well. It reminds me of the old Fj40 colors. The saturation of the hue in the color is brought down a good amount. Leaving an almost drab color behind, then it glosses up from the clear coat. Very cool

Beautiful rig! Enjoy it. If I didn't need the bed, I'd be driving one myself

People should buy trucks knowing it's not really a "people carrier" but more for hauling stuff. I'm going the other way around and making the jump from a SUV to a truck..lol. But the 4R are great trucks. My dad-in-law drives a gen one 4R with over 200k miles and still running strong!.

Like others have said, I'm looking to make the opposite jump. I have a '17 TRD ORP Runner now and want the same model Tacoma. It's been alright for the year+ I've owned it, but the interior is a majorly blah and the fuel economy is worse than the Tacoma. Besides, I've convinced myself that I have no use for a SUV, but can find uses for a truck. Never owned a truck before, but I've had several needs for one recently. Thus, my joining of this site. The 4runner is a great vehicle overall if you don't care about the 2008ish radio/controls, horrible MPG and lack of bed.

If you spend a lot of time on interstates at 75mph, you might actually get better gas mileage in your 4Runner. Just something to consider.

I certainly do and net about 16.8 hwy range currently. Even if the economy in that range is similar, the cheaper payment and bed access will certainly make up for it.

ARE cap, wade inchannel vent visors, weathertec floor mats, ranch hand grill guard, tuffy security boxes in bed, lockable tailgate handle. Still have stuff that needs to be installed and still have stuff ordered lol.
Makes me want to switch even more to a 4Runner
