I think it’s decent, maybe a little high. I will say for those payments though you can basically get a new one haha, unless you are buying cash.

Alright let me put it in a simpler form. If I can.. lol
Since it’s the gfs mom that wants to get me another truck the rules are: BSM, new/under 15k miles, auto(cause gf doesn’t want to learn how to drive stick), & 34k-35k max otd.

I’m trying to find a 4wd for that price because i want a trd off road, so I’m trying to find one. But the closest price I’ve found online Is 36.6k on a manual, autos are 37k+

The sr5s don’t come with bsm in any option, minds fully loaded & only has the rear parking sensor stuff.

I don’t want a 2wd, but it appears it’ll be all I can get & I’m not gonna pass up upgrading to the trd off road.. can always trade it in for a 4wd or save up for a cheap one in the future.

So, if anyone can find a 4wd used for under 15k miles or new, for 35k otd, please send them my way. Thanks guys

Can it be an individual or does it have to be thru a car dealer?

A new one for 300 a month? I've been looking and estimated payments for new are 400-500

Sticking with a second gen if I do get a new one. It's in the budget.

I guess it just depends what you put down, so take that with a grain of salt I guess haha. But if you are financing just consider the interest Reyes you get with used vs new and what not. That can offset it quite a bit.

Before I got this tundra I was thinking of getting something used. But the more I looked the more I realized that mikeage vs price and all that that it made more sense to spend the little extra.

Obviously I’m not trying to tell you to go buy something over the other, I would just say consider what you want and atleast look at a new one maybe? Haha

Yeah that one is clean. Buying cash I would do it. But paying 5 years on a truck that is 7 years old would kill me. That’s just me though.

Honestly it just depends on how much you want to pay and all that. I like having a newer vehicle and I know I will keep it so I’m fine with the payments. But not everyone is that way

    This ^

We looked at runners that were 3-4 years old and they were still 32k. It was worth it to go new for 36500. Literally had 1 mile on the odo when we brought her home. New rates are also much more appealing. Mostly rates jump if it crosses over 7 years ago.

    Workin' on it....
Doesn't seem too bad with the low mileage and manual trans. Could probably get it for less than asking.

Exactly. And that’s just with a little trade in. Save some cash to throw down as well, have a $300 payment and a new truck.

1,000,000 ways to skin a cat. That’s why I said idk how much he wanted to spend and what he really wants in the end game

Your right though, cheaper vehicle with have smaller payments and registration. But there’s value in having a newer vehicle too with less miles and what not.

Why are cars so fucking expensive

Fuck it I’m going to go put $1000 down in a new raptor with $1500 payments for 9 years.

    Good deal?
