Well my di-why intake cleaning did okay but I'd rather just take these nasty ass parts to a machine shop with a hot tank. @mechanicjon You know a good machine shop in PHX?

well they dont spin when theyre disengaged soo theyre better if your in 2wd all the time.. but you still will run into issues if you use 4wd alot. (more of an issue the closer you get to 3")

TThousands of people run Auto hubs, sure they spin all the time, but still, most don’t have a problem.

They break boots less often cause they don't turn 100% of the time. But they're weaker too sooo

I'm just indecisive on what I should do for the conversion. ADD vs Manual

ADD will be tougher to do but if you find an add system from 01-04 I can help you wire it up. Manual hub is a lot easier and if you don't plan to go to tires bigger than 33 will be more than fine, even for 35 it would be okay.

    also got my 3/4 dropped 03 std cab all solid now. Changed out;
    Upper/Lower Ball joints, OEM
    New lower control arm
New DJM bushings and washers and nuts
    New DJM shocks all around
New bushing kit and stabilizer bushings
    Tie rod ends
    SS brake lines
    Power Stop Calipers
    Power stop slotted rotors
    Akebono Pads
New wheel bearings inner and outer
    new races.

Truck drives like it came the day I bought it, I'm so elated. I got it up to 100 the other day and it didn't feel like it was gonna die. Got it aligned and tires rotated. I saw the tech about to pound on my lugs and I ran in the bay and made him torque them by hand all to 85 ft/lb Ahahaha.

Alright, I might as well do ADD if I can get some help. I wanted to do manual just because it was going to be easier on me.

    It just started raining.
