I am keeping both jobs until December then I'll switch to the job I'm starting here in a week or so and go to them full-time. Then I'll have my Sundays back. Currently when I start this new job I'll only have Thursdays off for the time being

they are not hard at all. Have had several gen 2 and 3, and they are a breeze. Very easy to get along with and buy gas for. And you won't believe what they will haul (if it's not messy). Just as useful as a Taco in their own way. Hint - commute in a Prius (or hybrid), enjoy life in a Pick Up!

Good. See I don't mind it...I didn't grow up here. I grew up where we had snow.

I love when it's shut down. And in a couple of weeks I'll have my deep freezer....which means stocking up on food. I have gas for the heater and stove and fire place....let it shut down.:D I also have enough MREs for 3 full grown people to last 45days. I think I'm good

I remember driving to work from Austin to San Marcos in 1982 snow "storm". My Michigan car still had snows. I traveled for the company and needed my check. NOT A SOUL THERE! Drove home. On the way and back, cars into the guardrails on every overpass. Fast forward a few decades, snow/ice storm, go to work in the Tacoma with stock tires - NO ONE THERE! After that, I just called in and told who ever manned the emergency line - "too dangerous to go to work. Call me if you need something."

    Yes...they suck.

The last big snow (turned ice very quickly) storm I remember was back in 2012 and my ex was a state trooper...the crap we had to do to get his squad car out of the garage so he could respond to accidents. Not that he knew how to drive in the crap. I would sit out on the back patio with blankets and watch the idiots on the freeway.....it was interesting.

My first ice storm I dealt with in Texas I still had my Toyota truck. It performed well and I pulled a few people out of their predicaments they gotten themselves into

Grillin' it up large in the Cold can certainly be a challenge when the fuel won't atomize. Can be done with determination tho. o_O
