Toyota sponsors the Huntington beach lifeguards, they even mention it each time you call the surf report. They have quite a few third gen Tacomas and a few tundras in their fleet

 

Pretty sure it's the tracrac. I remember reading the logo on the rack but forgot to take a pic.

 

Sorry to offend you with my old news. We don't have fire-rescue tacos with OEM roof racks, light bars, tracracs , and paddleboards back home. I thought it was pretty cool.

If you are a local, maybe you can take a better pic on a sunny day!

 

What happened? Looks like a kayak accident? or shark attack
