Makes it so their bed sides don’t bow (right word?) out when they have shit back there, like a load of gravel ooooooor I guess an RTT could do it too.

My friend had full water barrels in his bed to take back to camp one time and one of the barrels shifted making the strap loose, turning off the pavement back to camp sent the barrels into his bed side, pushing it out a 1/2”.

    In a tundra though.

They’re bracing the strongest part of the bend. There’s a prettt heavy duty steel crossmember there at the back. That bracket is mounted to METAL

And adding a bed rack is really just a more effective way of bracing the bed.

This is insane to me. I had a 2nd gen with lots of weight in the back and on the bed rails, and bedsides inside, and my bed never showed any signs of failure. Oh and it was BOBBED. So it was far weaker than normal! This is ridiculous.

I love how your mind goes to the A1 instead of the jug of milk next to it.

I hit 15psi of boost this weekend during spool up. Let off the gas stupid fast. It was probably going to hit 20 if I stayed on the gas. Boost controller works. Just need to handle the tune better.

IMO if you're gonna slam a truck, why even put offroad tires on it, surves no purpose.

Just like this Tundra by Rutledge Wood with a RB kit. They even said they just put offroad tires on for show. For show? IMO it looks stupid with offroad tires. Should have put on street tires. :)
