Hmm my SR5 DCLB with all weather mats was 36,063 msrp including delivery. So maybe the steps are like $1000?? Hard to say without seeing the breakdown.

I’d shoot for 32k or so. Or push for 31.5k if the rebate is still available. That would be about 4K off plus the 1,000 rebate. Doable with the 2019’s hitting the lots now. Unless you are in the states that don’t negotiate.. lol if so they might not break off 33k. Good luck and give em hell! Ha

I WAS in contact with them. Some sales rep that doesn't enjoy selling vehicles apparently, because he never called me back after our initial chat. Idiot. I may try calling and getting someone younger lol.

2018 DCSB 4x4 Sport in Cement. Options include door sill protectors / all weather floor mats, wheel locks, spare tire locks, mudflaps.

    MSRP: $37,962
Paid (before Toyota incentives and TTL): $34,118

I got this price by using the Costco car buying service. I had been talking to this dealer for over a month and the previous lowest price they offered me was $35,819. Actively lied over the phone about the Costco price and then even tried to avoid giving it to me when I came into the dealership. Dealing with all of these salesman was such a nightmare, I'd definitely suggest skipping the headache and just getting the Costco price.

Did they quote you Costco pricing off MSRP or invoice? I was originally told it'd come off invoice, but then when I received the offer letter it shows off MSRP. The rep apologized and said she was mistaken. WTF?

Yeah, the Costco offer letter I got shows the MSRP, the savings, and the Costco price. They've got a website they can log into that shows much 'under invoice' the Costco price is but they don't necessarily have to show you that.

I really got the impression the dealer didn't want to sell me the truck at the Costco price so I wouldn't be surprised at all if other dealers tried some shenanigans to try to avoid selling you the truck at the proper Costco price.

It's always off of MSRP. That's just how it's set up.

My Estimated price with all the fees was 36,373. My out the door cost was 24,808 and my old truck as a trade. Breakdown as follows. Vehicle purchase price 35,254.23 - 13,000 allowance = 22254.23 + Predelivery service charge 899.95 + 139.95 Reg fee + lead acid battery fee 1.50 +5.00 tire fee = $23,300.63 + tax 1398.04 + county tax + title and license 84.35 = 24,808.02. I was satisfied with this deal.

Sounds like a great price, particularly without haggling or dealer shopping. I might need to sign up for a Costco membership before the next purchase. Anyone know if large Costco discounts are available year round, or does it fluctuate based on year end clearance?

Costco pricing fluctuates and it should be discounted off invoice not MSRP. SUPA LA - they are playing with your numbers.

I just picked up a new 2018 TRD Off Road, double cab with the 6’ bed in Super White. It has the automatic transmission, Technology Package, 3” round chrome tube steps, carpet floor mats with door sill protector, and a TRD front skid plate. MSRP (a meaningless number) was $39,872. Selling price was $35,500, with the Toyota $1,500 rebate that knocked it down to $34,000. State and local taxes were $3,098.

I’m thinking of pulling off the round tube steps and putting on something oval and black. WeatherTech floor liners are on the way and I'm browsing for a UWS toolbox.

I love my 1998 T100, it has only 145,000 miles on it but the body is rusting through above the rear wheel wells.

Are you positive?? Because Costco pricing off MSRP is basically just invoice. I've seen numerous amounts of trucks already priced at invoice via other dealers. So, what you're saying makes sense. However, I'd need proof to take back to that dealer.

    Link or material stating such?
