Well I finally got tired of the regular tint that was on the vehicle when I purchased it and ripped it all off just to put some nice and dark tint on :D

5% works well on the ole Taco...

Tomorrows project is radio, amp and subwoofer... Does it ever end?

Thanks for reminding me, I think I'm going to drop mine off Saturday. I'm going to have the fronts match the rears.

Check the tint laws in your areas folks, or you may get a surprise come inspection time.

Also, behave yourself on the road. If you're below the legal limit, the cops will tack it on most of the time if they pull your card for something else.

Thanks for clearing that up but I only give tint tickets if you have your front windshield completely tinted... It is hot as hell in Tampa and I am v-e-r-y forgiving... A lot of your outcome is based on your attitude and interaction FYI.

My last truck was totaled in the ditch on the side of the road, and the female cop that showed up first to take a report, threatened to give me a window tint ticket. . . WHILE MY TRUCK WAS IN THE DAMN DITCH MISSING A FRONT WHEEL LOL?...

    Tint looks sick btw ^^OP

I dont doubt it. I got pulled on the Veterans Expressway a few months back with my CX7 (same 5% tint) and the State Trooper walked up checked my badge and proceeded to hand me a photocopied paper of the Florida Tint Laws. I tried explaining why I have such dark tint (all of my TRT gear) and he cut me off and told me if he ever saw me on the road again with that tint I would be given a citation... Needless to say there is always a group out there pissed off at the world.

Thanx for the compliment on my Taco BTW.

So, I have a plan when I get pulled over. Roll my windows down before the cop gets to my window. Then proceed to tell him my windows will not come back up due to "technical difficulties". . . Can I still get a ticket without any proof?

Looks gooood. What's next on your list of thangs to do?

5% . . . . wow. I just looked up the Colorado law and it says 27% is what's allowed. I'm not sure if I found the right info but that's a long ways off from what you've got.

Tone it down. Most cops are excellent people. There's nothing dickheaded about giving someone a citation when they break the law.

If you can't handle the PENALTY, you shouldn't perform the action. If I get a ticket for my tint at some point, you won't hear me say peep.

    Tint looks good!

BTW how does it ride with that spacer lift in the front? I'm thinking of doing the exact same thing to level off the height.

    Thank you...

I have had the lift on for 3 days now and I have not noticed much of a difference in ride quality. I do have a little more drift at speeds above 70mph but it is nothing worth my concern right now. I will be adding a 1" rear block kit just to even the entire truck.
