I don't see any reason a team entry should be excluded!

They're so rich though. When I look at them I feel my arteries clogging :D

you're thinking about it all wrong...

Bacon grease is effectively a lubricant. It helps move the plaque right along and prevents clogging... right?

Yes as long as you don’t try and clog it up with the food your food eats.

Things are different for today’s smoke....smoking ribs on my bro in laws 22 weber. No Slow N Sear, temps were a lot hotter than what i wanted I was probably 325ish; Grease fire didn’t help, I didn’t even square off my rib at the skinny portion Just so I have some room for error incase the ends burned which they kinda did, didn’t use my regular salt and pepper rub, no split wood, only had wood chunks And ithink it was pear/oak combo, no spritz bottle, I just dumped apple cider vinegar on top of it lol, a dull ass knife as you can tell with that ugly cut, 2.75hr smoke, 1 hour foil, 30min sauced. I was however able to keep a nice clean blue smoke the whole cook.

Even with all the troubles and not having my trusty 26 weber and various tools/supplies to do the smoke. The ribs came out perfect actually. Bend test approved without it falling apart and bite through approved!

    Enjoy!!

Like my dad always told me, it isn't the tools, it's the ugly bastard holding them.

Maybe open it around the middle of the month and close it a week or two later? You'll have ample time to prep ;).

I think I’m going to enter a smoked water cress and fig salad with field green hearts, and chai seed croutons.
