Pretty good, the garage is definitly the place I spend the most time as usual, but the house is pretty nice and I have good space to store car parts.

Take my opinion/criticism with a grain of salt here. Why incorporate yourself when your business model is making wiring harnesses for horns you find in a junk yard? What happens when the well dries up per-say? Its not like you can copyright your product either. A lot of people, myself included can do the exact same thing. I guess my main question here is why go through the trouble of incorporating what is essentialy a side gig? I understand that there is a market for the product your offering, and personally think its a great idea but I dont think it's worth the trouble of incorporating.

Weird I have tons of crap left over.

I have eight bolts and washers holding the bumper to the brackets

I have six bolts and washers holding the brackets to the frame rails

I have six bolts and washers holding the lower splash pan and stock skid plate on.

I have four bolts, washers and nuts holding the license plate and bracket.

I guess I can just toss the rest of the stuff in the trash

Honestly, I have no idea. Sometimes I look at things I don’t even need for fun.

I would look at food trucks for sale occasionally.

    Liability

And it’s proved it’s demand. When it dries up one day long in the future, cars will always have horns. I’ll find another thing.

They can still come after you in court, not that there would really ever be a reason to. You're super small volume

It was like hey we made this cool bumper now let's use the most aggravating way to attach it and throw in the worst set of directions ever. The only part I read out of the directions was how to clock the winch.

I use to look at Backpage and Copart for fun. There's a difference, one can fix a wrecked car, a wrecked woman not so much.

I have plans of branching into other markets, but before I do that I’d like to have an umbrella upon which I can protect myself. Yes the court can come after me, but as an individual that’s a scary thing. As a company it’s less risk.

I corner a very very niche market. As of right now I’m the only person in the world who refurbishes them AND Makes wiring harnesses ready to plug n play.

Low overhead and high demand make this very profitable. Cars will always have horns. Sure, the Cadillac/Buick/Oldsmobile gravy train may run out eventually, but there are no shortage of other cars to test.

It would take some ultra scumbag to go after a 19 year old in court. That would be like me seeking liability on the fire pit I built and sold last year if by chance it burned someones house down.
