Tacoma - OVTUNE - VFTUNER - Update Info and Original Development

The thing is, I'm still not convinced that once that power is released that it will be as economical as it is now

 

This is more of a drivability thread. Mat is getting into this tune so it should end up being really good considering anything you enjoy usually comes out head and shoulders above the rest.

R6 . Makes up for the lack of power in the tacoma.

 

The lug on a slight uphill is real. You can almost pinpoint it in the throttle band

I’ve hardly gotten to ride my motorcycle since I got it last year. Seems like every time I want to it’s raining or something. I think I’ve only done 2k

 

I’m flashing from 1.04 back to stock tomorrow. Just so I can appreciate 1.05 that much more

 

I’m running 1.04 on 87. I love it.

The bit about the tune not adding power is only applicable to the 87 octane maps. The 91 oct maps add power. But yes, the focus is drivability, as it should be.

Sorry I was unable to get to it, was up all night sending out i0Tech updates.

Regarding the good news, I think I've posted in here before about how we are getting rid of some of the things we are developing on, to focus more on Tacoma / Toyota.
Finally Rafael and I are at the point now, we've wrapped up things that were left on the table and are postponing ford until next year.
This will give me more time to dedicate solely to Tacoma/Toyota.
I'm tired of delaying things, I'm sure you guys are tired of delays. So this will free up all of my time for you guys.

Also we are looking for anyone with a 2019 who would like a kit at a discount for submitting your ECU data.
