    I replaced mine 3 times. I’m going to help @replica9000 replace his soon, just need a free weekend to do so. It’s not difficult, but does take a little time and a bench vise (or some other way to press u joints).

    You might want to have a toyota dealer run your VIN or check your VIN online for the driveshaft TSB

    That's way too funny. I've got nothing special going on with my truck, but my favorite comment so far from a tech is that I wanted to do real offroading I'd be better off getting a tundra, but he liked my "by-pass shocks".

    It's been rough dealing with them. So I appreciated the unintentional comedic relief

    Haha that's ok. When buying my truck, I was told by a sales rep that they didn't make a 17' TRD OR in MT....

    You had one job bub! Haha . Wasn't asking about some rare or exotic part. Could have even phoned a friend and I wouldn't have passed too much judgement. At least it would have shown you didn't have answers but could get them.


    I won't Nashua name Toyota where I truck center got it from...

    Dropping my truck off this morning, alignment/balance is off for the....4th, 5th time? Only 15k miles. Gonna leave it with them and told them don't give it back without either new parts or new tires. They seem to be on board with that since I have been complaining for months to them, while going along with them delaying replacing things to see if they couldn't figure it out. Time to stop fucking around though and fix the actual truck. Get's annoying driving an hour to get basic stuff done just so that Toyota can't say "well we didn't do that so you violated the warranty"

    Once the u-joint in front of the CB is out, removing the bearing itself isn't bad at all. There's just one nut holding the bearing itself on. I don't recall having to use anything special to remove the bearing.
