so i just got my hella 500ff's mounted yesterday and have been waiting anxiously for my hid's to come in, i ordered a 6000K H3 55W kit. today i got home and they had arrived.

i tore open the packaging and found this.

    everything seems fine

is this a h3 bulb? it seems like its correct
    100_1452_ce4809b2b995cf759b2c00ce6e1383aef1112427.jpg

you can see where the stickers were peeled off
    100_1453_b89722fb9f33c136360e01f93addf0161f8130ce.jpg

    it reads 12v 35W.
    100_1454_2465557da80055f3cfaccc7cbb92caf54994cdb3.jpg

i cant see why the ballast would say 35W unless it is in fact a 35W. i hope im wrong. it was a friggin pain in the ass to get these here to say the least. just because of the shitty service i will no do business with them again, now i gotta go through the hassle of a return/refund on top of the fact that im moving in a couple weeks. fuckin great.

That sucks. I had the same thing happen ordering HIDs from them, unfortunately it was my bad as I must not have clicked the 55w option on the pull-down on their site.

Why do people go for the Apexcone kits? $10 more and you have lifetime warranty and slim ballasts...

update: they sent me the right stuff, but after trouble shooting the crap out of the bulbs, I found out that the ballasts are busted. I called DDM and left a message, I hope they respond fast (I doubt it though)
