I had a mental image of UPS dropping off turbos on his porch and his truck instantly going up in flames lol

I'm just over here hoping 1.05 finally resolves the loss of power at take off. With 1.04R, at heavy or wide open throttle (at take off) the truck falls flat on its face. The truck has run fine, with exception to that momentary loss of power, resulting in a nice 'oh shit' moment when pulling out into traffic under heavy load. Full throttle under any other circumstance does not result in this 'stumble'. I put that in quotes because it acts as if the computer is cutting throttle, not a misfire.

I have to say it does scare me a little when @OVTune says its like 1.03 but modified. 1.03 didnt do well with me. Waay to jerky off of a stop and held 3rd gear too high plus was jerky in down and upshifts. For a daily driver 1.04r works good but needs slight improvement. Hold lower gears slightly a little higher but keep the smoothness of shifting. I have faith in matt so im patiently waiting

Mat, why the requirement for the latest TSB if it’s already “incorporated” into 1.05? Is the latest TSB required before 1.05? I’m confused.

I'm still on 1.03/91 because I liked the tip-in with the heavier 33 ST Maxx tires and the truck has been great. Still get almost 20 mpg on 91 octane. I've had the quirky idle when cold that seems tied to steering input for some reason when backing out of the garage. I'm really looking forward to seeing these throttle input changes in cruising gears. Weird that the stock ECU would rather give you a downshift than match your throttle which would explain that dead peddle and then hard downshift.

It's possible he wants whomever is testing to already have the tsb so they notice more what's going on with the engine than the big change in shifting. Just my thoughts.

Can I get a tune? I qualify for aforementioned criteria, except i run 92vs93 octane, that’s all we have here. I’m also stock with exception of heavy A/T tires and mild lift upfront(2nd notch on Billies 5100’s)
