    City of Louisville approved "Bird Scooters" on an experimental basis. They designated an area where they can be ridden. People use them and leave em on the sidewalk for the next user.

    The area where they're to be left is on a sidewalk in front of the Kentucky School for the Blind.

    What could possibly go wrong?
