I ordered the OME heavy duty (heavy springs) suspension kit and the leaf pack instead of the aal, and also ordered a ARB front bumper. My question is ARB describes the kit as a "2 inch" lift what do you think that it will look like with the stock wheels and tires? I have had OME stuff on my Jeeps and OME's 2" will probably be more like 3". I just can't swing the new tires and wheels right now. Thanks!

Sorry, I have a 2010 DBL cab off road. I went with the 885 springs and OME Dakar leaf pack.

The 885's will give close to 3" lift. They will be fine with the stock tires, until you want to upgrade.

Ive got the same setup on mine, I cleared just over 3" in the back. You'll be alright. Install of the bumper took me and a buddy about 2.5 hours, rear lift a few days b/c I needed bushings from the dealership. Doing the front this weekend.

OK, thank you! I also have been looking at the total chaos control arms. I was just wondering if I am really going to need them with the OME kit. The sales reps over at ARB seem to think not?

If you want your alignment correct, Yes. Also they are stronger, and have more range of motion than the OEM ball joint.

The built rights look like nice units!
I have the OME 885s and a 1 1/2" AAL in the rear OME shocks all around.
I have not noticed the darty feeling yet as much as I did on my 09 with the 5100s and Eibachs at .85 with a 2" AAL.

I have some LR UCA for later install with my 886s and the front bumper.

I still have stock wheels and tires and it looks fine.

Ok, thanks to everyone! Now I am leaning towards the total chaos upper control arms to help with the alignment.
