Oh if they're rusted in the arm there is no saving them, that's for sure. But Ive had to buy a lot of those cams they're three pieces and expensive

@what road is close enough to me.. i have access to a snap on alignment rack and the tools to get it done. he just needs to find me alignment specs unless im just going factory

when its slow at work ive been known to align my cars.. in the 2 years ive owned my avalon, ive probably aligned it 30 times... its almost never out.. but i do it because im bored and can. lol

reminds me of when i had to replace the bulbs in my audi...

 

The front is one piece of fiber glass, all bolted, no clips. Actually really easy to take off, kinda weird that the rad is tilted in there. The crash structure is all bolted too and separate so you can take it off in pieces. Way easier than a modern car where if you start pulling on things clips break.

honestly the year i owned this car... it was not nearly as bad as people say german cars are to work on.. everything came apart pretty easy.. had to do the t-belt, w/p, v/c gaskets, all 8 front control arms.. yea it was expensive to keep running, but it wasnt terrible to work on. a little time consuming, but not terrible. (toyotas still better.. i can get a damn engine out of a camry and torn down with the engine still warm)
