Most CAI are just for sound and ease to reach filter for cleanings. Thats it unless you have heavy mods and are tuned for it.

 

sounds is actually all they really do... OEM intakes are universally baffled to make them quite, CAI eliminates that and makes sweet noises but thats about it.

 

Any good audio recording said sound? 0.o. Legitimately interested.

E36 BMW guys love to debaffle their intakes, its not even a CAI just literally removing a little piece of plastic and it completely changes the sound.

I love the sounds my Speed Triple makes!!! As far as a twin, My TL1000R with the full Yosh and R77 cans

 

Our factory intakes are already "cold air" as they draw from the fender smartguy. But I like how you refuse to look at the video because it proves you're an idiot.... go ahead, watch that video and try to tell me that truck sounds the same as stock lol
