    Adjustable ones have sliding jaws on the bottom side of the hold down.

    This lets you snug up to the sides of the battery.

    I could make it, but it could not be painted or coated. It would be a white color.

    I might elect to make it UHMW instead of delrin.

    Delrin or UHMW plastics are slick in nature.

    You can't powdercoat it because it needs to be placed in an oven.

    I am not sure if you painted it, if the paint would adhere very well.

    The colors I have seen delrin and UHMW are usually white. You may be able to get in a black as well.

    It can be sourced in black. Don't think I would try to paint it tough, its super slick stuff. It looks good bare though, if milled right

    kinda don't plan to paint it. but white won't do either. if you do consider a run of black delrin or uhmw I'll take 2. with trd logo of course right?
