Like the title says what have most of you had to run to be vibe free. I have the Dakar hd pack and will be installing next week.

Currently front is raise about 2.5” w dreaded blocks on a ‘13 double cab 4x4. These will be replaced w 885 or 886 this upcoming spring.

Just wondered what people have needed to help.

I did the carrier drop on my 2018 DCSB OR and it solved all my issues with vibes. Ended up not needing the ECGS bushing I bought.

Measure your propeller angles prior to installing.

I have both on my 3rd gen with no vibes, but the guy I bought everything off of had a 2nd gen with vibes after various install. Gotta measure angles and see what you need. There's a good video floating around showing how to measure on a tundra driveline.

I had to go with axle shims.

I wish I knew this before I installed this spacer/block kit.

No spacers, now shims and no vibes but it seems every truck reacts differently to a lift.

Yeah. Most people find out about it after the fact unfortunately.

I have the HD pack and the OME carrier bearing drop. Good to go for me. I bought shims thinking I’d need them but nope. There’s a free app called tremec for iPhone that will measure your drive line angles. Use it.

Had CB drop with vibes, removed the CB drop, measured everything, have 2 degree shims now. Still minor vibes but not as bad. Might throw the CB drop back in and test again.

    Otherwise, ECGS bushing mod.

I did the ECGS bushing mod right after I installed the lift due to the rumble strip vibrations. I have a CB drop and a 3 degree shim on hand.

Watch the tundra video, take your measurements, do math camp, and get it back within tolerances and you'll be good to go.

Just watched the video and will get an app to measure the angles. That video is very informative for sure. I need to sketch on paper and notate how to calculate each measurement and then go from there. Hope it all works next Monday!!!
