the higher priced option in the website is the v1.3.

If you click on that option, it will say v1.3.

It's just not labeled in the selection menu.

2) Now that there are about to be 60+ more Ultra-Gauge owners/users on TacomaWorld, is there an existing thread that is dedicated to helping users set them up, program the screens, etc. (my Forum "search-fu" didn't reveal any)? I've read the manual, but I'm not all that informed about some of the parameters you can monitor (e.g., there are some items that aren't, from their descriptions in the manual, something I think would be useful for me to monitor, either full-time or occasionally, but it might be the case that those items are great indicators of impending problems, or of the need for preventative maintenance.) And it's not at all clear to me what a reasonable refresh rate would be for most of the parameters I'm interested in.

Oh, my MX and mount came in the mail today!

 

I just received my MX 1.3. It is for "Tacoma/Tundra". Is the tranny temp options already loaded into it or do I need to still do that? Thanks!

 

I believe you need to load them. @Spare Parts might know a little more

Received the MX today. I was hoping the mount i ordered worked on the upper pilar but it doesn't. Time to . Super happy on this group buy. Thanks @ramonortiz55!

 

I believe it comes pre loaded for the 2005-11. 12-15 have to change some parameters to get it to read them.

If anyone with a 2011 Tacoma is getting an error message for trans temp on the UltraGauge, try entering the 12-15 trans temp data, it worked for me.

 

Received mine today, took a few times reading the manual, and tinkering with it, but finally got it reading trans temps, I think. I changed one of the 8 supplied gauges, to the above settings for 12-15 models.

edit: I changed the codes as stated below, and it works great so far.

 

Went back to it, used the codes from the manual for 12-15 models, came up with a slightly lower temp for the trans oil pan.

 

Got mine today, thanks again ramonortiz55 & UG.

Now to find the time to setup up my new one like my old one plus more gauges as it supports more pages now.

 

I ordered mine October 1st. Haven’t received a tracking number yet.

 

I didn't get a tracking number, but mine came in today. I think I ordered on the first available day for the group buy.
