Thanks, I was going to get some wheelers superbumps but I wanted to flex it and figure out if I will need spacers or not.

Can you let us know what bump stops you go with and if they require spacers? I have the same shocks going on and I want to order everything up before I start.

It might be a month or so before I do that. I have some other stuff to order and we have a trip planned for 10/26.

Your trucks looks ideal and superb. I’m doing the fronts on Thursday. Looking forward to it.
Hope to get 2.25” from my current 1.5” OME.

Try DOT 4 brake fluid next time you change. It’s like $3 more per bottle and has a 100 degree higher boiling point than Dot 3... I have boiled my fluid with Dot 3.

3” on a third gen is doable, but will be the absolute max you want to compress those springs. Getting extended travel shocks with new UCAs will help

Even with extended travel shocks, the coil shouldn’t be less than 11”, ie 3” preload. That’s the max recommended by ads. The extended travel give one more inch of droop only. They all have 14” springs usually.

Yes 14” with no preload or compression. You are correct I just measured mine

Compressing the spring (preload) 1” is a 2” lift with ADS shocks

That's generally how all shocks are, not just ADS. Lift is dictated by the spring, not the shock.

I read that ADS coilovers are progressive compression and digressive expansion.

    T or F?

This worked out dead nuts for me. I am at 1" preload driver, 7/8" passenger and have 2" lift up front. That is with no extra weight though, except for rtt on the bed and full tank of gas.
