Those are fine. It’s suspension, exhaust, bumper, and one size above or lower for wheels

You obviously don't live where they put gravel on the highway for traction in the winter.

It's a common practice in the rocky mountain states.

It rains a lot where I live and the mountains like to leave a nice coating of small rocks on road ways

Most of northern AZ that gets snow they use cinders (crushed lava rocks). Yes parts of AZ get snow. Windshields don't stand a chance.

Why on Earth do you have to go to dealership for an inspection sticker????

I've lived in 3 states, their are shops that can do inspections everywhere!

What can they possibly looking for that a dealership would have to sign off on?

I have mod'd about everything on my truck except the bed, I have OEM exhaust, all sensors and gauges and lights work. All I have to do every year is remove my window tint on front windows (takes like 15mins,) go get it inspected, reinstall tint ($35 in window tint and 30mins reinstall)

Lol, if it's that much of a hassle, use a family members address in another state that has less stringent inspections and cheaper insurance rates and register the truck there, lol!

I lived in SC in the 90's, inspections were a joke. But that was many years ago, not sure now.

He probably just chose the Dealer, I used to live in PA and was able to go to any Certified Inspection Garage.

Lol, there's always one more option... Before I got window tinting down to science, I'd run with expired inspection sticker for years, get a ticket, remove tint, get inspection, Goto court with pictures of my truck windshield showing new inspection, VIN, with current registration and insurance cards in the pic and tell the judge id never let it expire again and get fine waved for being a good responsible citizen. Lol, then a few years later get another ticket... Do it over again, lol!

In other words, if it's that much of a hassle, just do it every few years... Get the ticket, then go through the hassle of inspection, get ticket forgiven...do it again in a few years... Etc

@PennSilverTaco you forgot the biggest BS of all on PA Emissions Inspections. They are only required by PennDOT DMV only if your county of residence is designated as 'Urban.'
I live in York County close to the Adams County line. So I have to pay for Emissions testing every year, and those a few miles away in Adams County don't. Hell-- where I work in Hanover, it literally depends on what street you live on, since the town straddles the County line. Bunch of Crap.

BTW -- I am always crowing to my State Representative about the emissions testing being BS. And while I have their ear, I mention a 2-year Safety Inspection would be adequate. So far, nothing ahs come of it, but I keep trying. (I did complain about the liquor laws for years after moving here, and they finally changed for the better )
