Just got some Continental TerrainContact A/Ts, I'll post a pic tomorrow. Factory size P265/70/R16 112T that are definitely a little larger size than the Goodyears that it came from dealer with, and tread width is about 1/2-3/4" wider. They look great!

Any follow up thoughts on the terraincontact ATs? wear? MPG? etc. This one is on my shortlist.

Yes, Tirebuyer works well. I have ordered from them many times. You might also try SimpleTire.com... I recently switched to their local Firestone installer so I could get the lifetime alignment deal. SimpleTire had great coupon deal for Father's Day, and also better selection of sizes in the tire I was looking to buy (Nitto Ridge Grappler). That's another tire you might consider, if you want something more aggressive.

Those tires are cool! They look like a big rig tire.

I love when someone asks a question that literally everyone on TW has an opinion on, its awesome. I wonder how many pages this thread will go on for? So you might as well hear my 2 cents also,, Give Cooper tires a good look, they have a very good selection of long lasting tread patterns, I run the more aggressive SST Pro's which is not for everyone but they are awesome offroad and I get alot of complements on how they look on my truck.

Thank you for reaching out, bludweiaer!

If I'm following you correctly, it's probably due to how the landing pages "by brand" are set-up.

Any chance you can PM us with a print screen of exactly what you're describing? I'm happy to forward it on to the website team

I have about 7-8000 miles on the Terraincontact ATs they are slightly louder and slight mpg hit about 1 mpg loss overall from Goodyears that were original equipment but less aggressive tread pattern. I would buy again, have had several compliments on their looks and adds a little more off road appearance without taking a big cost hit when buying or at gas pump.

Thank you for sending the Google link. When I click on the link and select the Discount Tire thread it takes me to the tire and size you searched for. Are you getting something different?

I just bought the Yokohama A/T G015. They are just as quiet as the highway treads I had before. They have a good looking sidewall. They have a 60,000 mi. warranty. I don't know how they are off-road. I only drive on the street.

Looks like you may have made your decision, but I've been on a similar fact finding mission for a few weeks now. I've got wheels en route and I've decided to go with the Falken AT3s. I commute for work (2 hrs daily), so on road performance weighed heaviest for me. Similar to you, I was also wanting a more aggressive looking tire. I'm in Nashville; therefore, snow performance is not a determining factor but nice to have I guess. That said, I still wanted a capable off road tire for the 10% of the time my truck will be on the trails.

My considerations were Falken, Nitto Ridge Grapplers, and KO2s. I still think the KO2s have them all beat for looks, but going with the Falkens due to the on road performance and weight. I dont care bout MPGs, but I do care about how freaking small our gas tanks are. I hate filling up, and with as much as I drive I feel like I'm always at the gas pump on my way to work. I could lose 2-4 MPGs and not care, but if I could get more miles per tank I'd be a happy camper.

I was driving an Audi Q5 prior to the Taco and would get like 500 miles per tank.
